Covid Secure Venue & Event

Our first priority in bringing Women in Silicon Valley back in-person will be to work closely with local government and authorities. The event will be planned carefully in accordance with local advice and guidelines.

The Marriott Marquis San Francisco has over 12,000 sqm of conference space, with large open indoor areas. We're working closely with the venue and the in-house event team to make sure we can bring you together with your peers, clients and colleagues as safely as possible. In line with Government Guidelines, the event will also run on a limited capacity.

To view more details on what to expect on your visit to the hotel please see this here.

As of the 16th February 2022 you do not have to be fully vaccinated to enter our event; however, this is recommended. It is also no longer a requirement to show proof of a negative lateral flow covid test, however, we highly recommend that you do a test before you attend the event just to be safe.

All attendees are advised to complete a waiver form before they arrive onsite to confirm they do not have any symptoms of COVID-19, but this is not mandatory.

Please note: this is in line with current guidelines and could be subject to change or increase as we get closer to the date of the event.
