As Chief Customer and Partner Officer, Lara Caimi leads the Customer and Partner organization for ServiceNow. Lara took this new role in July 2020, after serving as ServiceNow's Chief Strategy Officer since joining the company in December 2017.
Lara's organization—which includes customer outcomes, customer experience, alliances and channel ecosystem, and our training & certification organization—provides our partners and customers with best-in-class guidance and capabilities to drive successful digital transformations and realize quick time-to-value. Before joining ServiceNow, Lara was a partner at Bain & Company, where she worked for 17 years. While at Bain, Lara advised technology companies on topics of growth strategy, go-to-market strategy, and M&A.
Lara joined the board of Confluent, the event streaming pioneer, in February 2020. She is also a member of FirstBoard.io, whose mission is to increase female representation on corporate boards and at the highest level of corporate governance and management. Lara holds a bachelor's degree in economics and English literature from St. Olaf College, a MIB from the University of Sydney as a Fulbright Scholar, and an MBA from Harvard Business School.
Aneesa leads strategic operations and customer experience across ServiceNow's Customer and Partner organization. She is focused on working across organizational functions to drive fast time-to-value for customers and a holistic go-to-market experience. She also works with her customer experience team to gather and act on customer and partner insights from across the company with the goal of creating great end-to-end customer experiences.
Aneesa joined ServiceNow as chief of staff to the then-CEO in April 2019 from Bain & Company, where she had served as a manager in the San Francisco office. While at Bain, she ran strategic projects with technology and media companies across topics including product strategy, go-to-market optimization, organization design, and integration management. Prior to this, Aneesa worked at The Economist.
Aneesa holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and a Bachelor of Arts from Wesleyan University. She is based in San Francisco, California. She is passionate about enabling companies to digitally transform, cultivating great leaders, and traveling with her family.
Padma is an experienced technology executive currently leading product management for #1 ERP System, NetSuite at Oracle Inc. She is responsible for the vision, strategy, and delivery of the NetSuite Platform, specifically in the areas of foundational architecture, access management, and internationalization. She previously held leadership roles at Cisco Systems and Nokia. She has strong track record of leading SaaS product and service transformations, partner management, and go to market activities.
She also serves as board member for The Grateful Garment Project contributing to strategy and growth of the organization.
Padma holds an Executive MBA from Ross School of Business, University of Michigan and M.S. in Computer Science from Wright State University. She is passionate about encouraging women in technology, STEM education for girls, early childhood education, and mentoring. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with friends and family, gardening, and traveling.
Sreeja is a Director of Product Management at Qualcomm. She is responsible for defining the product roadmap, go to market strategy, customer engagements and P&L for the Wireless Infrastructure and Networking Enterprise segment. In her role, she interacts with Wireless Enterprise Providers to align their connectivity needs with Qualcomm’s prolific wireless portfolio. She is excited to play her part in defining the features and use cases for the next generation of connectivity solutions which are laying the foundations for enterprises, IOT and Smart Homes.
Prior to Product Management, Sreeja started her career at Qualcomm as an intern in the Wireless connectivity team and grew to be an Engineering Manager.
She has a Masters' Degree in Electrical Engineering from Virginia Tech and has 2 patents in the fields of Wireless and Display technologies.
She is a 2020 YWCA Silicon Valley Tribute to Women Honoree, an award honoring exceptional women leaders' in Silicon Valley. In 2019, Sreeja was recognized as Qualcomm's Global D&I Champion for her leadership in championing D&I at Qualcomm and in the community. She has been a speaker, panelist and emcee at the Watermark Conference, IEEE WIE Lead, Women in Silicon Valley Conference, Products by Women events among many others prestigious events.
She is extremely passionate about mentoring new college graduates and building a pipeline of girls for the STEM field. She actively works for the cause by volunteering for various groups and events including IEEE WIE Santa Clara Valley and NCWIT Bay Area.
Lia Fetterhoff is the Head of Product Design at Lumanu, and was previously at Nest and Google. She serves as Board Vice President of Capitol Creative Alliance, a non-profit supporting creatives in the Sacramento region. Lia also creates content for and about women of color who thrive in work and life over at swishie.com. She lives in Roseville, CA with her husband and two kids ages 5 and 7.
Fun Fact: Lia is currently working on a contemporary romance novel.
Rebel Brown is QCI's Vice President of Strategy & Marketing. Her deep expertise in strategy, product marketing/management and positioning has helped various U.S. and European advanced technology companies to create, enter and lead markets.
Rebel has helped leading edge technology ventures raise over $1 billion in startup funding and supported exits to companies like Apple, IBM, EMC, SGI and BEA. Rebel is a proven marketing guru who's consulting expertise for go-to-market strategies has led to dramatic results for over 75 startups and 200 high-tech and complex B2B technology companies.
Rebel is also a passionate speaker and workshop leader, using the power of neuroscience to help executive teams align communication to drive business performance. She also holds workshops for professional women to create mind patterns that drive breakout performance in business and in life. Rebel is the founder of Unstoppable U, a non-profit organization working with kids to heal them from abuse and trauma.
Fun Fact: Rebel shows reined cow horses as her passion and hobby.
Margo Gaitan is a Manager for Quality Systems at autonomous robotaxi company, Zoox, where she specializes in Document Control and Receiving Inspection. She is also the co-founder of the Latinx Employee Resource Group at Zoox, which was established to engage, support and celebrate the Latin and Hispanic cultures and people at Zoox. Prior to joining Zoox, Margo was the Quality Systems Manager for Celestica Precision Machining where she led the ISO 9001:2015 certification for two sites, the first in the Western U.S. to achieve it. She has also managed quality control and quality assurance initiatives in numerous industries including torque tools, semiconductor and medical devices, and has worked in different capacities from mechanical design engineer, manufacturing engineer to quality engineer. Margo is a lifetime member of SHPE (Society of Hispanic Professional Engineers) and has her Bachelors in Mechanical Engineering from Santa Clara University. Margo strives to use her positive attitude and energy to encourage others to succeed. Having immigrated from Managua, Nicaragua and being from a different background and culture, she understands facing hardships in both education and the workplace. She is inspired daily by her husband and their two daughters.
Pranjali Dani is an Enterprise Solution Architect with AWS. She is in a customer facing role, an advocate and face of AWS. Pranjali is responsible as a key member of the account team to collaborate with the sales team , formulate and execute sales strategy through AWS adoption. This is ensured by participating in deep architectural discussions and delivering successful blueprints around various AWS services. She is an Engineer by profession and has done several industry certifications. She is passionate about helping women grow in tech and is part of the several AWS programs that are catered towards giving back to the community like AWS Military initiative that prepares veterans for new careers in technology. Outside AWS pranjali is an active member of many non profit initiatives and Associate Director for a program at Sewa International a non profit organization.

Mythili is a strong believer that intelligent automation is the way forward to alleviate pain from manual tasks in enterprises. She has been working for 18+ years in silicon valley managing business systems and processes, which has landed her at the forefront of the enterprise automation race. Her experience shows that traditional systems alone, can no longer support hypergrowth and adopting intelligent automation is the only way to deliver true digital transformation and meet enterprise needs.

Heather H. Wilson is the Chief Executive Officer of CLARA Analytics. Most recently she was the Chief Data Scientist and Head of Artificial Intelligence of L Brands. Prior to, Heather was the first-ever Chief Data Officer of AIG and was appointed to the US Treasury OFRAC in Washington, DC given her leadership and experience in leading some of the largest financial services organization data programs. Before AIG, Heather was the first female Chief Data Officer at Citigroup and promoted to the Global Head of Decision Science and the Head of Big Data analytics for the bank, where she was responsible for the billion-dollar data program as part of regulatory sanctions to architect and implement a risk and finance data architecture with associated data quality and data risk indices. Heather was tasked with briefing the mayors of New York City, Chicago, Boston and San Francisco quarterly with her team's leading economic indicators and was recognized as one of the Top Big Data Experts in the world. Prior to Citi, she was the Global Head of Information Strategy at Kaiser Permanente leading the next generation data platforms and advanced analytics and was promoted to the Global Head of Innovation at Kaiser running the Advanced Technology organization focused on next generation health solutions across analytics and digital with focuses on telemedicine, streaming data medications, operating room of the future and robotics with MIT.
Heather is a Board of Director member of Equifax serving on the Audit Committee and Technology Committee. She is a Trustee at Shenandoah University (the youngest trustee ever appointed in 2003) serving on the Finance and Investment Committees and serves on the Future Business Leaders of America Foundation Board that she started the age of 18. Heather's most recent five-year work at L Brands included advising the brand CEOs and spearheading several first-of-a-kind artificial intelligence and data analytics initiatives. She created and designed a new business model for the brands to scale their businesses and reach new growth revenue goals with the introduction of a fashion marketplace. As the CEO of CLARA Analytics in the Silicon Valley, Heather was named one of the 30 Most Inspiring Leaders of 2021, The Executive Headlines Magazine named Heather as the Changemaker of the Year for 2021. She has led CLARA to be named one of the best AIFinTech100 companies of 2021, one of the 13 best Predictive Analytics Startups in Santa Clara by The Startup Pill and one of the 101 most Innovative California-based Predictive.
